As well as having lots of interest from visitors to my stand, and enjoying the superb networking with the other businesses present, I received follow up calls for my Career Coaching service. I was able to sign some candidates just before the Christmas break with the view to starting in the New Year. In the midst of our work, Covid19 struck and changed face-to-face setting that I had previously offered my coachees. However, the swift adjustment to online Coaching enable me to continue providing my service. After several rounds of interviews (one of which cancelled due to the interviewer contracting Covid19) one of my Coachees has been offered a Consultancy role. She will start her job on Monday 13 July. Convid19 does not have the last say!”
